How You Can Prevent Children and Youth in Foster Care From Becoming Victims of Human Trafficking!

Did you know that currently only 50% of youth in foster care will graduate high school? (nfyi.org)

This significantly increases their risk of becoming victims of sex trafficking and homelessness.

Here at Made to Thrive, we are flipping the script, to ensure that current and former foster youth obtain their high school diploma.

This past year, we helped 8 children and youth in foster care catch up to their appropriate grade level, and 2 aged out foster youth to graduate high school through our one-on-one virtual homeschool program “Made to Thrive Academy.”

In 2023, our school is growing! With this growth comes the need for two additional Academy Teachers and an Administrative Assistant!

To cover the cost of these new positions, we are launching our Thrive Drive Monthly Giving Initiative for the duration of 2023.
